Procedure: The Best Student Paper Award (BSPA) nomination is a two-step process:
- Fill out this nomination form. Upon submitting the form, you will receive an email including all your responses. Print this email to a PDF file that will serve as a nomination form for Step 2. Your responses in the form may be updated until the deadline.
- Submit your nomination form through the Awards Portal in Paperplaza. Follow the instructions to create an official nomination for the student, and submit the PDF form created in Step 1.
Nominations for a paper can be submitted through the Awards Portal in Paperplaza after the final version of the paper has been submitted by the authors.
